losing fuel out filler pipe
My '83 300D is using too much fuel, and it appears to be going down the drain next to fuel filler pipe. Replacing the fuel filler cap didn't help; it's still wet inside the fuel filler door each time I check even though I wipe it dry each time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
