Breather hose.

At least on my 300E. That's where I found the listing for the part.

Valve cover to air cleaner box.

So perhaps, "Valve Cover Breather Hose"?

Is the whole thing called the "breather hose"?

For my car, the hose seems to be OK, only the "curved portion" (look at the attached image) going out from the valve cover to the hose is cracked.

If the whole thing (the hose + the curved portion) is called the "breather hose", I will order it.

Hi Eric,

One thing you can do is take the hose off and look for a part number. It looks like an MB part. Also, it looks pretty new.

If it's cracked, that means an air leak. Is the car running?
