86 420SEL automatic still won't shift

Help, The transmission will not shift until I run it for about a mile or two.

So far;

I've changed the tranny fuild
changed the filter in the tranny
changed the vacuum line rubber connections
Changed the shift module

What am I missing from this puzzle?

It's a long-shot, but I've seen a few MB's do the same thing. Check the kick-down switch beneath the accelerator pedal to see if it's stuck. Good luck
