HELP! I have replaced the thermostat and cap on my coupe. (Was not coming to operating temperature in cold weather.) But, now the heater gurgles at start-up and at times when going down the highway. I find no leaks, and the coolant level does not ever change. The car does not run hot and heats well, but the gurgeling is driving me crazy. What have I missed on bleeding this cooling system.

You can pull the car so that the nose is pointed up hill and then pull off the cap and turn on the heat. rev the engine to 2,500 and add coolant and replace the cap.
