J.B. Weld...Temp fix??

OK Radiator woes......Noticed a puddle of coolant under my car Sunday Morning, maybe 8 oz. or so. Starting checking around and found a crack about 3-4 inches long, just below the plastic goose neck, headed straight down the side of the radiator. This is on the drivers side, on the plastic that borders the radiator. Can this piece be replaced? or will I need a new radiator? In the meantime I have applied some JB Weld to the area, and it seems to be working. Instead of a gradual flow of coolant when hot, now it just seems to be seeping out ultra slowly. I will have to monitor daily for any further coolant leaking. This is on a 93 300E.

Thanks
FQ

Been therw, done that...

You are just wasting time, and prolonging the obvious... Between the moisture, and the constant expansion, and contraction, it won't hold for long...

I got my radiator deliverd to my doorstep for $190.00 OVERNIGHT from this place...

You are probably right, thanks for the response, and the website.
They have good prices. Phil at partshop is about 10 bucks cheaper, though. I guess a new radiator is in order.

No personal experience, but this place rebuilds them by replacing the plastic part. Might be cheaper.
