Brake & Turn Steering and Engine dies M103

Guys, last week I sent my car to the shop and got them to tune up the engine. These couple of days, ONLY OCCASIONALLY, when I creep along in my estate and do a brake and turn simultaneously, the engine would kill. Noticed the RPM drops.

Something to do with vacuum or load?? :confused:
