Need some help on wheel fitment, 18's off another car

I might be getting some 18's off of a s600 v12 coupe, and am wondering what cars these wheels will fit, they are 18 by 8 and the offset is I believe 35 (I looked on the wheel, and thats all I could find that was even close). Any help appreciated.
