Can not get reading from either gas guage or temperature guage. Only one dash light comes on. Recently replaced instrument cluster. Ground problem? Also need location of pre-glow relay and timer.

Sounds like a fuse problem. Even if they look good, they can be bad. Be sure to replace them if in doubt.
