Here's one I haven't experienced. 92 300CE, the engine warning light (coolant, the one that looks like an engine block) comes on just dimly after the car has been on for 20 minutes or so. Temps seem fine, coolant level is fine, runs perfectly. Anyone experienced this? Electrical, electromechanincal, what? Help! TIA, allen.

The coolant level sensor is located on the bottom of the reservoir and is faulty. You can buy one from us and do it yourself. Just do it with a cold engine.
