Mercedes buys brake pads from Pagid, Textar and Jurid. If you go to the dealer you are likely to get pads from any of those manufacturers. All are good.
You want either of the following: 000 420 98 20 - These are OEM Textar pads 000 420 98 20 P - These are OEM Pagid pads Both of the following are aftermarket pads: 000 420 98 20 AF - ATE asbestos free pads 000 420 98 20 TA - Textar aftermarket pads Although these pads will fit your car, they are NOT made with the original equipment compound. That is why we call them "aftermarket". ------------------ Bill Wood - Webmaster MercedesShop.com, LLC |
