230SL Fuel Injection Pump Compatibility
Hope someone can help... I need to find out what fuel injection pumps are compatible with a '64 230sl.

I believe R-11 thru R-18 ..
R-20 on have oil lube from crankcase feed, whereas 230/early 250 had their own oil res w.dip stick...

Would a pump with part number PES6KL 70B120 R24Y, 0408026024, EP/RLA1/33R be compatible or is this a R-33. I believe that the pump is from a 280SE.

That is an R24y pump. No good, That would fit a 280sl...
