Just got transferred to Norfolk VA, so I have lost access to my local MB mechanic in Maryland...can anyone recommend a good MB mechanic/shop in Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Portsmouth? Will also go to Newport News/Hampton if necessary.

I have no experience with any independents in that area but, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tysinger Mercedes Benz in Hampton if you need a dealer for service or sales. They are a relatively small dealer but, are consistently outstanding from a customer satisfaction perspective.
Ask for Brian Tate and mention us. ------------------ Bill Wood - Webmaster MercedesShop.com, LLC |

Bill hit the nail on the head with Tysinger. They stand at the top of a rather long list of MB service centers (both independent and dealer) and they are in a class by themselves when it comes to customer service.
Hope this helps...Lee |

JoeB -- Give me a call and I can discuss with you a number of excellent alternatives. I've lived here in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area (off and on due to Naval Service) since 1974, and we are blessed with a number of excellent M-B shops, both dealer and independent. I can be reached at work (757.671.2532) or at home at (757.340.8993). I'm also a member of our local MBCA Virginia Section, so if you're interested in joining an excellent group of M-B enthusiasts, I can assist you in that effort also. Looking forward to hearing from you.
