pulling plugs on '87 300E

Do I have to use an anit-seize compund when replacing spark pulugs on an aluminum head? I know it is s stupid question, but I want to be sure.

Hi David,

there was a thread about an anti-seize that uses nickel if I'm not mistaken rather than copper. A search will give you more info.

If you do not overtighten them, you should not need anti seize compound.
