Instrument Panel

Please inform as to how I can remove the instrument pane
cluster cover.

I have a 1990 300E 3.0

I assume you mean the clear plastic window portion of the cluster. If so, the window is spot glued along the perimeter of the lens frame. It is possible to use a very sharp blade, like an X-Acto #10 or 11 around the edge to carefully break the welds. If done properly, you can reglue the window back on with a clear sealant. I wouldnt use crazy glue since it might craze or fog the lens.
