I agree. He knows what customer service really means. I ordered new engine shocks and it needed extra washers which wern't included in the seperate mounting kit, so he voluntarily (on his own time I assume) ordered them from an MB dealership and had them sent to me....and didn't charge me any extra.

I agree. Never had any problems with any order from Phil. In fact, one time I got MORE wiper blades than ordered (or charged to me!) and Phil let me keep 'em. That's service! Also he's a genuinely nice guy to work with.

Ya , Phil is the man, He can get parts to me faster then my dealer can for cheaper, how to you top that?, Bravo:D

Besides being the best Parts man. Phil makes the BEST BBQ sauce and best Ribs I have ever tasted. Lets bottle that stuff, Phil !!!!!!!
