Question EClass suspension

Can anyone help? Ive had my 1999 e240 eclass lowered using Eibach springs. The car is now lower on the drivers side by 10mm. we had had the springs changed to a new set but with the same result.!!!! swaped the shocks over left to right still no change. must add we swapped the wheels to 18'' 235/40 tyres. what elese can cause the ride height to change? going to try the old springs back on the front. also the car needs the alighnmet resetting but i can't see hoe this would change the ride height. is ther something else to adjust or do i bite the bullet and go back to MB dealers and have my wallet made thinner.

any tech help diagrames etc would be great!

There are rubber spring pads that go above the spring. They come in 5 different sizes on the front & 4 sizes on the rear. BY changing these pads you can raise/lower the car.
