Is there a way to fix non-functioning rear seats?
I honestly dont know where to begin with those seats in my 380, as to why they dont work. Its not high on my priority list (as I imagine the fix will be quite high for a novel-luxury item). The seats have an adjustment that the backs can go up and down. Any ideas as to why these fail alot? I have spoken with other 380 owners and they also say that it is very prone to failure.
Thanks,

Are you sure it's not just bad switches or electricals? The mechanism is very simple -- a motor driving a rack on each side.

Or a fuse?
There may be something in the archives if it's not one of these simple fixes. Have you searched yet? If not, try terms like "power rear seat", "reclining rear seat", or "560SEL" since most of the power rear seats in the 126 chassis were on that model.
