Personally, I think it is quite hideous looking. Also, with less than 2 dozen in the country, I cannot even begin to imagine what a nightmare it must be to find a mechanic in a given area that can/will work on it, much less find parts at a reasonable price...you'd probably have to order them direct from Europe..there goes the reasonable price! :p

According to the UK price guides, that price is slightly high compared to the normal retail price of this car.

Big Citroens can be wonderful to drive, but horrendous to fix when they go wrong. The suspension is similar to the self leveling on some big MB, hydraulics and nitrogen sheres.

Wanna a SM? I know a fellow with one, along with several Legaires (spl) and a faux cabriolet (fake outta veitnam by way of Austrailia) Kinda cute little cars but not my style. (unless you tubbed it, chopped it and put in a 502 injected rat motor.

Hello Joe,
Lets not forget Mr. Bill Hargrove with only THREE Citreon SMs on his lot, plus all the Peugeot 505 wagons anyone would care to see in a lifetime !
Have a good week.

Yeah, but Hargrove's nuts.

At one point we had a SM, a Legaire and a Faux Cabrio in here at once. Damn, just remembering that gives me chills.

Nah, the SM is a US spec car. The legiars are all pre 60, no problems with DOT or EPA.

Now if your going to go balls out on eurospec importation, Lancia Delta coupe from the mid 80's.
