Stalling again

Hello all,
We have an '88 190e that has just started idling poorly and stalling upon decelleration. Generally ok, but a little rough when in neutral. You need to warm it up at 2-3k rpm for a minute or so after first starting or it will stall. I'm thinking vacuum but are there any other ideas? One thing after another!!!!!!

Forgot to mention on the original post:
The economy gauge at idle is right in the middle. When coasting but in gear, it's all the way to the left. Thought this may help a little with a diagnosis.

Thanks,

Kodiak
