This has got to be the easiest question asked today.
How does one de-badge the emblems on the trunk? Is this typically done by a body shop? Any residual holes to worry about or is it some sort of adhesive? Thanks in advance |

This topic has been discussed under the Detailing section. Do a search. The emblems are just glued on with adhesive. Fairly easy to remove. Some say use Dental Floss, thread or fishing line to separate the numbers from the paint. The hardest part will be removing the adhesive. Some recommend heating it up with a hair dryer. You can also use WD-40 or an adhesive remover. Don't do if the car is old and the paint is weathered & faded.
