E320 - knock at idle

I have a 98 - 320 with 40k miles that started a knock when the engine is idling. Once the accelerator is pressed the knock seems to stop.

Any Ideas what could be causing this knock at idle?

Help... My next stop is the MB dealer...
I'm sure it will be just a $10 charge.... not
