1994 S420 Tic Tic,s
 

I HAVE A S420 1994 WITH SOME OIL SOME TIME COMING OUT OF THE OIL NECK AND MY OIL PRES,, GAUGE READ,S AT1 SOULD, IT BE AT 2 WHEN THE CAR IS AT IDILE,,,,,, IHAVE THAT TICKING NOISE COMEING FROM RIGTH SIDE OF MY ENG,,, THE CAR HAS ABOUT 165000,,, ON IT AND IS VERY WELL KEPT ,,I AM PLANING ON KEEPING THE CAR I WOULD LIKE FOR THE TO RUN NICE AND SMOOTH,,,,,SO IWILL TRY REPLACEING THE OIL TUBES AND SEE WHAT HAPPEN,S I HAVE REPLACE THE OIL PRESS ,, SWICTH THE OIL SENDING SWICTH AND STILL TIC ,,TIC,, THANK,S FOR YOUR HELP,,, MEL DWYER

Pull the Valve covers
 

I bet you that the problem is due to the oiler tubes on the top of the head. Once you remove the valve cover you will find oil tubes about 30mm long pushed down into the top of the head. After time the orings go bad and they start bleading off pressure to your lifters. Change those parts and try it.
