e320 door pull handle removal

can anyone advise what is involved in removing the door pull handles on an '02 e320 ? Im upgrading the OE handles with black maple aftermarket ones.Thanks

The Door Panels Must be removed to Install the Wood Handles
Nice Color Wood..!
