What type of Radiator neck on 95 E420?
 

Does anyone know if the 95 E420 has the upgraded radiator not the one with plastic neck that everyone seems to have problems with? Any ideas? is this something you can spot just by looking at or is it inside the neck that you can't tell unless you remove the upper/lower hoses? Thanks.

It has the newer neck with the aluminum sleeve although I still had failures on mine in the same area.
