I have a aluminum box made by Bosch with MB Number 002-545-0032, and it has JETRONIC in large letters and it mounts below and to the right of the glove box--What is it and what does it do..What is the value of a used idle speed control that is mounted on the firewall...thanks for any help--jim harris

That's the electronic control unit for the feedback control (KE-Jetronic) fuel injection.

It uses the signal from the air flow meter (not purely mechanical as in the K-Jetronic) to determine mixture by controlling the current to a leak controller (the ElectroHydraulic Actuator) on the fuel distributor.
