help! 420 throttle jam
 

When I started up this morning, my excellerator pedal felt weired and couldn't get more than 2000 rpms. I checked under the air cleaner and the front section of linkage running vertically has jammed. I unhooked it and there is no movement at the butterfly shaft. Anyone have any ideas??
1986 420, 130,000 mi on her.
