'90-'95 E320 Wheel Off-Set

I'm thinking of buying an after-market wheel for the '95. The man selling them fit them on a '90 E320. My car is a '95, I believe that the wheel off-set for these model years is 5mm different. Is this the case? And if so, will the difference create a problem for my '95?
