Two months ago I replaced the hood release cable with a new one from the dealer. I has worked normally until now. I removed the cable from the lever inside the car, and pulled on the cable end, it would come out about 3" but the hood will not open. Does anyone have any ideas on how to open the hood now? thank you all in advance
