ABS light on dash on / high engine idle

Have a 1986 420 SEL / Just recently when starting the car , the ABS light comes on and engine Idles around 2000 rpm and stays at that idle. After driving for awhile the light clears and engine goes back to normal idle.

Thanks.. Did a search and think this is narrowed down to overload protection relay..
