oil pressure

Does anyone know the easiest way to get oil pressure to build up in a m119. I did a valve job and resealed the engine, tried to crank without ckp on ezl but pressure doesn't build up. Cranked engine on and off for 10 minutes. I tried to poor oil into the filter housing but doesn't seem to help. I would like to accomplish without starting vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You probably have done more damage by cranking the car for 10 minutes than if you just started it. When ever you change your oil your system, incl. the filter has been drained, but it is safe to start the engine then. Start your engine and let it idle. The pressure should come up within 10 seconds or so.
