I've had my COMMAND system replaced today because of a BAD pixel on the screen and now every time I start the car, the sound from the radio starts out slow and then gradually becomes louder. Is this a NEW feature? Also, when I started to use it, right after they replace it, the system was extremely slow and would even stop responding, but it seems OK now. What's going on?

I have heard a few of the later ones do this with the volume. I do not know if it is normal or not.
