does anybody know where the factory amps are located in a 95 C220?

Does the car have standard radio system OR does it have the BOSE system. The std. system doesn't have an amplifier.
The BOSE system amplifier is in the left side of the trunk.

thanks for the info. I honestly don't know if it is a standard system or the bose system because when I bought the car it had an Alpine CDE-7856. The system sounds good but the the bass is terrible. Actually, there is no bass although I see 3 speakers at the rear deck.

I'll look into the amp and see if I can upgrade the system.

IF the car came with BOSE then the rear speakers will have BOSE on the grill.

thanks again. My speakers did not come with a Bose tag so it's stock. This will save me so much time checking if there is an amp or not. Have a nice Day :)
