What a special deal; $10 worth of refrigerant, $6 worth of fittings,$5 dollars worth of oil, a 50 cent label, a cheesy tool and a set of instructions where to get the rest of the parts, for $54.95! AND you only need 3 fittings for your 2 fitting MB so it can also fit your 92-94 Suburban if you get confused.
Does it come with a barf bag to put your old R-12 in? (bg) Sorry....I couldn't help myself. All the prices I quoted could be found at Sam's or J.C. by individual parts. Anyone wanting the label from MB might pay a few cents more, and anyone doing this job without guages must really be a wizzard. Does it come with a vacuum pump to? ------------------ Steve Brotherton Owner 24 bay BSC Bosch Master, ASE master L1 26 years MB technician |

Testimony from non-tech in Volvo Brickboard:
I installed two of those kits in cars in our family in the summer of '98: one in an '83 Toyota Celica and one in a '90 SAAB -- both are working very well this spring with no further attention. I did follow the directions with the kits very carefully, but I didn't go beyond them with the kind of o-ring changing and flushing that many claim is necessary, but both of these were systems which had never been opened to the air, but only had gradually lost their charge. I just bought an '85 Jetta diesel as a project, and it has a broken hose to the condensor, so I'm sure I'll do a flush and a new receiver/dryer and a lot more on that one. |

How about a this...Do they give a warranty so that when the stop leak clogges every thing up, they will pay for it.???
