6.9 belt question

I am trying to install some belts that flew off my 6.9. One belt turns the a/c compressor and the aux transmission pump. Does anyone know what is loosened in order to get the belt on? Is it the compressor or the pump?

On my '79 euro, there is an idler pulley below the compressor, which has a 17mm bolt.

The Euros don't have the transmission cooler pump. I think that is what I need to loosen.
