How to take out C CLASS (W202) gas tank

I am planning to drain my tank and replace the Sedning units. We have to drain the tank here regulary in the Philippines as diesel here is dirty.

What I want to know is: Do I have to remove some rear suspension parts? Or can I just take out the tank itself.
