Vacuum testing, where?

I am suspecting a vacuum leak causing a rough idle and a rough shifiting. I've tried spraying around the intake for isolation with no luck. Where on the manifold is a good place to hook a vacuum guage and take a reading?

Oh, 560sl 86 model by they way.
