Cyclic, low frequency rumble from rear - 300E
 

At highway speed I consistently hear a cyclic, low frequency hum or rumble coming from the rear of my '86 300E (160k mi). Tires are relatively new and well balanced, definitely no bent rims, driveshaft was recently replaced.

Any suggestions on what I should check?
