Should I miss the tool kit for my '98 E320 (W210)?
My '98 E320 was missing the MB tool kit in the trunk when I bought it. Are there any special tools in the kit that I might need someday?
I imagine I could be a lot of tools at Sears for what MB would charge for a replacement kit. But then on the other hand, it is money well spent if it keeps you from calling for a tow. |

The MB tool kit just contains an assortment of open end metric wrenches, a screwdriver, a pair of pliers ,wheel locating stud, wheel lug wrench, and a wrench that doubles as a spark plug wrench and sunroof emergency tool(i dunno if newer cars have it). You'll need the wheel locating stud, it's a real back saver.

The tool kits for the newer models are on eBay all the time, and they're a lot cheaper than comparable kits for old(er) models!
