Hi
I have a 1995 C280 and there seems to be a rattle or something jiggling in the front passenger door near the seat controls inside the door. Its been going on for a while and I attributed to the 12" sub in the trunk, but I would like to fix it. Is it worth fixing or is too much work to take the interior of the door apart. Also, the vinyl armrests on both front doors squeak a little bit when warm (from sitting out in the hot sun) or going over bumps. Is this something I could do myself and is anyone familiar with the interior of my car? Please advise. Thank you |

Talk about timing! Our 96 C280 with 68k just started doing the same thing last month. If you find a fix please let me know.
Also, does your high mount brake light rattle with even the slightest amount of bass? Looks like I'll have yet another weekend project coming up, though I'm not sure I want to touch the car after fixing over 100 tiny rocks two weeks ago. ------------------ 96 C280 [This message has been edited by roas (edited 04-26-2000).] |
