Famous Sears multimeter

The famous Sears multimeter is not sold in this part of the world.
There are similar looking meters that, however, have a 'Frequency' measuring tester, instead of the 'Duty Cycle' on the Sears' one.
Is this 'Frequency'-tester equal to Duty Cycle? Or do I need to look out for something else?

Thanks!

Frequency is a different measurement than duty cycle. Frequency is indicated in Hertz, duty cycle is indicated in percentage.

You might try the Sears.com website.

Good luck,
