86 300E - Which Serpentine Belt?

I'm going to replace my serpentine belt and I'd like opinions as to which is the better quality part, the Conti at $17 or the Japanese Advantex at $30.53. Has anyone had occasion to use both over the years? Does the Advantex belt last significantly longer than the Conti? Any obvious difference in construction or material?

Thanks,

Gary

Go for the Continental. It is the original and quality is very high. Just don't buy the autozone junk. I got one from them and the original continental after about 150k miles looked better than the autozone after 15K miles. Continental will last for a long time without any problems.
I wonder how you can get it for $17! I usally pay about $28 online and the dealer in my area wants $60!

Meza,

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go with the Continental. I've used their rubber products (tires) for years on my BMW motorcycle and never had a reason to complain.

The $17 price came straight from FastLane, btw.
