rear bumper spoiler for 1998 E 320 wagon

The rear bumper spoiler (not sure I am using the correct nomenclature) on my 1998 E320 wagon is cracked, and needs replacing. Can this be done without replacing the entire bumper assembly?

I believe the proper name is "valance"
