190E driver's door lock cylinder .... any fresh wisdom?

Taking the 87 190E door lock apart over the weekend I found the lock cylinder piece with the little "nub" at the end is broken.

I noticed that there are two roll pins that hold what looks like the lock cylinder section to the inboard portion that broke. Can these pins be driven out and replace it?

Is it possible to repair this or .......
