Swith problems w201

Hey all:
My rear defroster does not seem to work, although the switch lights up when depressed and turns off when pushed towards off. In addition, my rear dome light switch on the left of the instrument panel does not do anything, although the rear dome lamp turns on whenever a rear door is opened as it should. Finally, my glove box lamp does not seem to be getting any voltage to it. What should I check besides fuses as I have replaced them all? Where should I use a multimeter to check if the rear defroster is getting power? Does anything else like the switch itself go bad, or the plunger that activates the glovebox lamp? Thanks in advance.
