What components/accessories need to be removed to replace a water-pump in a 94' c280.

Any advice on this topic appreciated.

The radiator fan and fan clutch, serpentine belt, water pump and power steering pulleys, belt tensioner, and power steering pump. That's all :)

Use the search function and you'll find a few threads detailing the procedure. The M103 is quite similar.
