No AC, temp 102 today

My 91 300CE has been putting out cold air all summer but today on the one of the hottest days it just quit. A couple days ago the little red light that indicates recircling air went out, it is on the switch for recircling air.
I looked at all the fuses under the hood on the left side and none shown to be blown.
Is there another fuse somewhere for the AC. Thanks AJ
