Great site Thanks.
A couple of questions, the seat belt warning light on the center overhead stays on at all times blinking, also the passenger seat heaters come on even though the air condition is on and the temp is 95 degrees outside. Suggestions? Thnaks.

I have the same problem with the seatbelt light.
Seems to be related to which front door is opened first
Have to start to car to clear it.

This is said to be caused by the seatbelt warning relay, which I have in stock, but still have not gotten around to replacing.

This part also may cause dome light to become inoperable, or at least I am hoping there is only on culprit causing both problems...

On my 93 300E, this sometimes happens. I never knew why but if you disconnect the battery terminal and reattach it, it goes away. Since it only happened about once a year, that seemed better than trying to find out exactly "why". You will probably have to enter the radio code again after you do this but it is a rather simple fix.

Don't know about your seat heaters since my car does not have them but maybe it will cure that as well.

Thanks, I will try to remove the Battery terminal and see what happens. It seems easy enough.
