Hi everybody, any pointers or tips you can tell me about this 2-door wonderful machine, I am thinking about trading in my 300E in the very near future,

Take off the oil cap. Look in with a light. If it is light gold in color you are OK. It it is black/brown, be scared. Timing chains are coming out of these when neglected. Also have the service checked to be sure it is up to date.

Hi Donnie, I assume you are talking about the color of the metal, right? While I have you on, do you know if the 5.0 liter is more reliable than the 103 3.0 liter motor. Mine was a nightmare
