I bought this car a year ago with 111K on it and perfect maintenance receipts. Those receipts indicated the car had been driven less than 2500 miles in previous 4 years. Compression checked normal and still does but now the engine sucks oil, especially after a long decelleration. Could the valve guides go that fast? How about seals? If seals, can they be replaced without pulling off the heads. I know nothing about MB V8 engines but have a fair amount of experience with other makes' OHC fours.
