Removing U.S. Spec Wipers on W124 300E to change Headlamp Doors
 

Hey MB Fans, does anybody know how to remove and reinstall the U.S. spec wipers on the W124 300E body series cars in order to remove and replace the plastic headlamp rim/doors? I also planned to install new headlamp washer arms with inserts and can't figure out how the clip opens up. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Just pull the wiper arms downward and you'll see an 8mm nut. Unsrew that and pull on the wiper arm. It should come right off. You will need to unplug the washer tube if you are replacing the wiper arm and plug it onto the new one.
